Après avoir été capturé par les troupes russes sur Lingor lors de la mission précédente, Harold a été gardé dans une base secrète de l'armée russe pour être interrogé. Malheureusement, il n'a pas été possible de lui soutirer la moindre information, c'est pourquoi les forces spéciales russes vont déplacer Harold pour l'amener à la base militaire de Lingor, placée sous la garde de l'armée de Lingor, pour ensuite le ramener à Moscou.
Les troupes US sont déterminées à le capturer une bonne fois pour toute et envoient leurs forces spéciales dans ce but.
Néanmoins, Harold ayant plus d'un tour dans son sac (et des amis très déterminés), ses hommes vont tout faire pour lui rendre sa liberté.
